Tractor

A tractor is used to stack logs on the landing and during harvest road development. It is also used during winter for snow removal and trail maintenance during the harvest. We also keep a winch on the tractor which we use when it is determined that it is the best tool for the situation. The tractor rarely skids logs as they are typically skidded by the horses or passed off to the forwarding machine.
